Sifr Fran (シフル・フラン Shifiru Furan) is a fictional character in Mai-Otome 0~S.ifr~. She is the former queen of Windbloom and Nina Wáng's biological mother. She (retroactively) made a minor appearance in episode 7 of Mai-Otome, in which the portrait of the adult king and queen was shown.
My-Otome 0~S.ifr~[]
Brought up by her mother in Aries until she was 14, Sifr later travels to Windbloom to learn more about her father. Sifr is on board the train heading for high school in Aries until she gets captured by John Smith, Schwartz and the Aswads. A pretend-to-be-drunk Bruce goes into their compartment and rescues Sifr. Later, she explains to Lena Sayers that she went to the train as soon as her parents died, to look for a chance of becoming an Otome. As Rena and Sifr bathe and talk about the disadvantages and advantages of being an Otome, they become closer than before. At the end of the first episode of My-Otome 0~S.ifr~, she is kidnapped by the former John Smith.
