Raquel Mayol is the Meister Otome contracted to Sister Shion. In this continuity, she does not have her trademark handcuffs. She wears a white Otome dress and has a pink GEM called the Bound Dragons Rhodonite. Raquel is voiced in the series by Minori Chihara. She works for the church with Sister Zion (Shion), who Raquel is romantically involved with, and enjoys teasing.
